Founded way back in 1938, Candiani Denim (first known by the name Tessitura Robechetto Candiani), began as a family-run textile company specializing in work clothes and concentrating its market in Milan. In the 1960s it specialized on the production of denim jeans, a fabric that became fashionable and widespread internationally, and in the 1980s it had the intuition to invest in stretch denim on a global scale thanks to the foresight of Gianluigi Candiani. Today Candiani is still a family-run company whose fourth generation aims to produce innovative and sustainable jeans, blending tradition and innovation to carry high the flag of style and positive change.
