The Da Vittorio restaurant in Brusaporto boasts, in fact, no less than three Michelin stars and, after joining the Relais Gourmands, since the early 2000s it has also entered the Relais&Chateaux and Les Grandes Tables du Monde circuits. The gastronomic tradition of Lombardy is celebrated by the cuisine suited to every palate, the raw materials of the highest level and the location surrounded by greenery. That of Da Vittorio and the Cerea family is a story of Italian excellence that has its roots in the past and continues to flourish in the present.

The partnership with the Da Vittorio company is no exception, with whom the Brand decided to create a product that would be the perfect fusion of the two types of craftsmanship that the two names represent: cooking and design. Close in both attention to detail and aesthetics, NOVE25 and Da Vittorio entrusted the expert hands of Master Chocolatier Davide Comaschi with the creation of chocolate chevaliers, true works of art that saw the light of day at the 2023 Vicenza Oro. The white chocolate rings reproduce the classic NOVE25 dotted chevaliers that, from being a delight for the eyes, also become a pleasure for the palate.
